Day 2

Today is a good, but I'm really concerned about the weekend. We did clean out the pantry last night and get ourselves prepared for this weight loss mission. There aren't any candy treats laying around to speak to me at wee hours of the night.

I'm a little nervous about the weekend but I'm thinking positive...
Now to institute a workout program.

Exercise Goal:
30 mins in the Morning - which means I have to get to bed earlier so I can wake up earlier and ready to exercise

30-45 mins in the evening

I'm hopeful...
