OK Y'all I took the plunge! I'm on Weight Watchers.
My goal is to get my J. Hud on and lose 65 pounds! Say a prayer for me!

Day 2

Today is a good, but I'm really concerned about the weekend. We did clean out the pantry last night and get ourselves prepared for this weight loss mission. There aren't any candy treats laying around to speak to me at wee hours of the night.

I'm a little nervous about the weekend but I'm thinking positive...
Now to institute a workout program.

Exercise Goal:
30 mins in the Morning - which means I have to get to bed earlier so I can wake up earlier and ready to exercise

30-45 mins in the evening

I'm hopeful...

Day 1

My first day on the plan was rather good! I'm feeling energized and excited about this journey. I've invited a few of my co-workers to join me and we are all jazzed. After work we went food shopping to get the right thing in the cabinets and get rid of the bad items that were taking up space.
I believe this journey is going to be a positive experience for my family as well as me.

    The Beginning

    I'm Fat!
    It's no longer acceptable; not that it ever was. I can no longer blame my girth on my twins as they will celebrate their 3rd birthday in less then a month. Enough is enough and it's time for me to get this weight under serious control.

    I created this blog to be real with myself and honest with the world.

    Today I printed my 30 Day Meal Plan from Dr. Ian Smith/50 Million Pound Challenge and tomorrow is day one.

    Today I share my weight with the world and make myself quite transparent. I wish myself luck and I know I can do it this time around.

    This is the fat me.... but not for long!
